Programme Overview
The program is designed to supply semiprofessionals in the field of microelectronic engineering to meet the needs of the country's semiconductor industry. The organization of academic programs emphasizes on theoretical, practical and self-esteem development aspects. Graduates will be specifically exposed to integrated circuit layout, wafer fabrication, electronic packing and failure analysis, in addition to electronics-based core subjects. Employment opportunities in this field are very convincing to meet the needs of semiprofessional workforce in line with the development of the National Industrial Master Plan. Among the industries that graduates can explore for employment opportunities are such as Intel, Infineon, Silterra, Motorola, MIMOS, Flextronics, Agilent Technologies, Avago Technologies and many more. In addition to employment, students also have the opportunity to continue their education to the bachelor's degree level in the field of microelectronics and electronics offered by universities at home or abroad.
