Programme Overview
The main objective of this program is to produce a skilled and knowledgeable workforce in the field of Manufacturing Engineering in line with the latest requirements of the industry. The curriculum structure developed is based on several key areas namely applied mechanics, design, manufacturing and manufacturing systems in addition to university courses that apply soft skills such as communication skills, management, and entrepreneurship. Students will also be exposed to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 especially the Internet of Things (IOT) in line with the latest needs of the industry. Thus, the skills and knowledge applied will produce assistant engineers who can deal with various challenges of the industry sector. In addition to the field of employment, students also have the opportunity to continue their education to the bachelor’s degree level in mechanical engineering and manufacturing engineering.
